Vehicles' and crews' safety equipment must fully comply with FIA and/or ASN-OMAE regulations.

DECLARATION OF COMPETITOR, DRIVER, NAVIGATOR

I declare that any information given to this Form is true.

I declare that I have read and fully understand and accept General Regulations and Supplementary Regulations of this event.

I declare that I have read carefully, understood and signed the FIA and/or parent ASN (OMAE) Appendix VI "Driver Declaration and Undertakings".

I declare that in no case I will claim from event Organizer or FIA or parent ASN (OMAE) any compensation that may result as physical, material or moral damage that may occur by my participation to Private Test session, or if occurs by Organizers' negligence.

I fully understand that in this event I may face situations with danger and I declare that I accept the consequenses.

I declare that I will be using, for the entire period of Private Test session, all necessary safety equipment according to regulations of FIA and/or parent ASN (OMAE).

I declare that my competition vehicle fully complies with safety standards imposed by Organizers and/or FIA and/or parent ASN (OMAE).

I also declare that I am responsible for electronic devices and any othter equipment that Organizer may provide for my vehicle and I will compensate it in case of damage or loss by my fault.

I declare that the Competitor, Driver, Navigator and Team Members have personal accident insurance policy that covers repatriation expenses from Greece to their country.

I permit Organizer to elaborate, store and use my personal data according to E.U. GDPR regulation and only gor the purpose of this event.
